Duties and Responsibilities:

• This program allows newly hired Cadet Cost Analysts to participate in a fifteen-day high-impact training tailor-suited to their position. These cost analysts shall become pivotal members of the organization. This fifteen-day program aims to develop one’s fundamental abilities as a cost analyst together with training on company-specific processes, company policies, practices, and culture. After completing this program, it is anticipated that every learner will be fully prepared and ready to put what they have learned to use as Cost Analysts.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of ECE, Accounting, Finance, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, BS Math, Banking and Finance, Business Management, or any related courses
• Expertise in using Excel-Familiarity with formulas (Pivot, Vlookup)
• Good negotiation skills and communication skills
