Duties And Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of the litigation including:

1. 1. Residential properties
   2. Manufacturing and industrial land and facilities
   3. Condominiums/apartment complexes
   4. Hotel, resort, and entertainment facilities
   5. Retail and shopping facilities
   6. Sports facilities
   7. Business, commercial, and office buildings
   8. Healthcare properties

• Attend all types of hearings as may be required by the Company.
• Responsible for initial case investigation, drafting pleadings, motions, etc.
• Provide legal support to the various internal departments
• Work with other in-house counsels and outside counsels, as required
• Negotiate and draft complex transactional agreements
• Taking pre-emptive measures to avoid legal risks and conflicts
• Handle labor, criminal, and admin cases

Qualifications:

• Law degree and Member in good standing of the Philippine Bar
• At least 5 years experience as a lawyer with at least 2 years experience in a law firm
• Preferably with In-house counsel experience and background in handling real estate transactions
• Self-motivated; takes initiative on work and opportunities to learn
• Can work independently and in teams
• Thorough and detail-oriented
• Effectively communicates despite technicalities/complexities of legal concepts and issues
