Duties And Responsibilities:

• Prepares and establishes QA/QC manual and other quality documentation which will be the basis of installation and acceptance of projects
• Able to prepare inspection test plans and method statements/ job procedures for every activity
• Checks materials specifications based on client requirements and/or industry standards approves/disapproves usage if non comply
• Attends internal & external client meetings and monitors all quality-related activities including site checking
• Coordinates QA/QC activities and results to immediate head, project manager, Subcon, clients, etc. & monitors compliance to standards
• Conducts Subcon accreditation, performance evaluation, and site installation check, implements standards, and close non-conformance
• Project audit & documentation, recommend billing payments

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
• Licensed Civil Engineer
• With a relevant work experience of at least 2 years
• Have attended QA/QC Trainings, OSHA Safety Certificate – BOSH, COSH, etc.
• Experienced as project QA/QC (including materials qualification, 3rd party testing, and site checking)
• Experienced in Subcon accreditation and performance evaluation, billings., etc.
• Experienced in safety and project management
• Good attitude and character
• Attention to detail, able to generate reports and test results
• With good analytical, administrative, typing (excel, word, PowerPoint, etc.) internal/external communication, and organizational skills
• Can handle pressure and can render overtime outside regular work hours/workdays
