SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER


Sales Department

Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Act as client advocates and work with internal departments to ensure that client needs are understood and properly provided
  • Develops and maintains long-term and favorable relationships with clients
  • Handles client complaints, clarifications and queries
  • Attends meeting with the clients and improving the overall customer experience
  • Acquisition of new and potential leads/clients that the Company can give or offer products and solutions
  • Sets product presentations/and push priority products
  • Achieves all revenue targets & objectives in line with the Business Plan

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Engineering, or any related course
  • At least 2 years solid experience in Sales
  • Excellent Listening and communication, negotiation, leadership skills
  • Driven, goal-oriented, aggressive and hardworking
  • With strong/smart personality
  • Certifications in selling and negotiation is a plus
  • Knowledge on selling S.I. products and solutions or selling at least any related products
  • Experienced managing multiple Account
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience as Sales specializing in Technical/IT/Engineering Industry
