Supervises, reviews and coordinates the work activities of the Sales Executives.
Assists the CEO in top-level discussions with the customers.
Sets up a business plan, and sales budget and monitors output of sales/presales personnel, especially those junior sales executives who need strategic support.
Achieves reaching the sales target of the team.
Attends pre-bid conferences.
Supports Sales Executives in addressing all issues to customers’ satisfaction and assisting in identifying, and pursuing potential new business opportunities from the same customer base/prospective customers.
Assists sales and pre-sales personnel with the preparation of proposals and bids, and when required, assist in contract negotiations.
Facilitates/leads the sales meeting.
Reviews weekly and monthly sales activity reports.
Sets policies and procedures to ensure control and productivity of each department/sales.
Manages and facilitates communications between sales, operations, and technical services.
In the event of some issues/troubleshooting thinks of ways to damage control.
Ensures that the sales and pre-sales personnel are well-rounded covering all aspects of salesmanship, technology, legal, and commercial documentation via internal or external training.
Promotes and enhances the company’s image to the public and stakeholders.
Develops and conceptualizes new businesses, and conducts market research that will determine the potential viability of opportunities.
Closely coordinates with Legal on compliance with eligibility documents.
Assists in the review of contracts including the terms and conditions, addendums, etc.
Provides sales direction to staff.
Performs account management activities such as Cold/regular client calls, Follow-up calls, Meetings (ambush and with appointment), Prepares weekly reports – WAR, and Prepares Sales Tracking Report (STAR).
Attends all sales meetings with the customers.
Performs other works that may be assigned from time to time.
Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Engineering, or any related course
At least 5 years of solid experience in Sales from a Technology or Telco Company
