Entrusted with more high-end or complex duties, she handles incoming and outgoing communication, filing and clerical work, scheduling meetings, and maintaining complex filing systems and a database of company information.
To liaise between the immediate head/CEO and the sales team, follow up reporting of sales versus quotas, help correct any problem that comes up and motivate the sales team.
To make sure that decisions or policies on sales are being implemented by the sales team.
When Management discovers a problem, such as not meeting targets or adhering to policies, it should help in addressing such issues by making recommendations to the CEO. Solving this kind of problem is to recommend disciplinary action like issuing a warning to the salesperson and elevating the same concern to the HCM.
Involved in empowering and motivating the sales team by organizing regular sales meetings or trying to develop a high level of product confidence in the team.
Qualifications:
Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or any related course
Excellent listening and communication skills
With a relevant work experience of at least 5 (five) years in administrative tasks/sales
Computer Literate (MS Word, Excel, PPT, Publisher, and Canva)
