Human Capital Management Department

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify, assess, and acquire talents in a strategic approach. Build talent pipelines, expand the reach of the company’s employment brand, and support talent acquisition operations in a high-volume, high-touch environment.
  • Responsible to manage the employee onboarding and offboarding processes, which serve as the bookends of the employee life cycle.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology graduate, Human Resource Development graduate or any Management related courses
  • With at least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the full cycle of talent acquisition and recruitment.
  • Experienced in working with a technology industry or in the same industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results.
  • Tech Savvy expertise or familiarity in using Microsoft NAV Dynamics is an advantage.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
